"At this time of year in the Northern Hemisphere, the earth has completed her germination, growing, and harvest seasons and is now preparing for the dying season. It is the Medicine Wheel's cycle. On Equinox, we give our bountiful thanks knowing that every living creature must give in to this cycle. In modern society, however, it is easy for us to detach from lessons of the earth as we are sheltered and distracted by our conveniences. This turning away from the mysteries of The Wheel perpetuates a global imbalance of oppression and negativity.
